•  A = Healthy living is a habit for me. I eat well, exercise regularly and get lots of sleep.
•  B = I try to be healthy most of the time. But nobody's perfect.
•  C = Well...I could improve. But I do some things well. Just not all of the time.
•  D = My lifestyle isn't too healthy.
•  F = I don't bother to try leading a healthy lifestyle. It's too much work.
